First, the choice of raw materials

Third, brewing method

4, fermentation. The inoculated honey was fermented at 26 ° C to 28 ° C to convert the sugar to alcohol. When the alcohol content of 6 ~ 7ml / 100ml (that is, alcohol 6 ~ 7 °), the temperature increased to 35 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, then add 10% acetic acid bacteria, the daily morning and evening mixing 1 times, acetic acid fermentation, Convert alcohol to acetic acid. When the acetic acid content of 5g / 100ml or more, the fermentation is terminated.

5, aging. Fermented finished vinegar by adding 1% of the salt stored for 30 days to increase the flavor of honey vinegar.

6, filtration, sterilization, packaging. Will be cooked good honey vinegar by adding 1% sodium benzoate, the amount of flavor, candy, etc., can be packaged after sterilization for sale.
