The choice of raw materials is exquisite. There are many kinds of raw materials that can be brewed with vinegar, such as millet, sorghum, corn, glutinous rice, barley bran, and the like. The preferred raw material is millet. The millet is rich in nutrients. The quality of the millet directly affects the quality of the vinegar. Therefore, the millet in the mountainous area of western Henan is selected. After selecting the raw materials, the millet is put into a crusher and broken. Then, add the auxiliary material, then sprinkle the water and enter the steamer. A minimum of two hours is required for each steaming.
